Lexel AI team maintains a high focus on the security and privacy of the data and users while applying all the necessary guardrails for safe use while avoiding biases and other risks. The scope of the data utilized is strictly confined  to the case. Our AI application uses 'private links' and 'private endpoints'.

Lexel is SOC2 compliant. We adopt and recommend 'zero retention' policies with the LLMs. Data is encrypted, both in transit and at rest. Conversations with Lexel's 'AI Assist' are strictly private to the individual user and the history can be cleared as convenient and comfortable by the user.

Hallucination is reduced to a minimum by using the LLM-provided parameters. We also make use of the critique patterns where necessary. Additional third-party guardrailing can also be enabled as necessary.
